WHAT HAPPENS
The original texture of shampoo and conditioner will change when the formula freezes. The preservatives that were initially mixed in the formula can now become disproportional.
There will be pockets with a few and pockets with a lot. This difference creates a bacterial, mold and fungus-friendly environment in the shampoo and conditioner. This can also mean that the product will be less liquid and harder to apply when it is thawed.
CAN I STILL use them?
YES! Yes, you can use shampoo and conditioner even after they’ve been frozen.
It is possible to defrost your shampoo and conditioner. This may not be ideal but it can still be done. Just give your shampoo and conditioning a good shake before using to ensure that the components are mixed.

WHAT IF THE BOTTLE Breaks?
It is possible for your shampoo or conditioner to break when frozen. As they freeze, their temperature changes and they become brittle.
The liquids in the bottles will expand and push the capacity of the bottle to its limit. When the bottle’s capacity is exceeded, it will eventually burst and leave a mess.
Do SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER spoil in heat?
Heat can also cause ingredients to separate, similar to when shampoo and conditioner is frozen. The shampoo and conditioner may become ineffective or unusable. Heat can also cause the shampoo and conditioner containers to expand. They can also crack, causing leaks.
It is important to note that it’s best to store your shampoo and conditioner somewhere cool and dark. Also, they should be kept away from sunlight and extreme temperatures.
